The Organic Rankine Cycle is suitable for a wide variety of heat sources and requires nothing extra from the user or the location:
• Easy to apply: The only condition for the functioning of the ORC is that the (waste) heat has a temperature of at least 350 º C. Tri-O-Gen’s standard ORC model is suitable for a variety of heat sources and situations. The ORC will also keep producing heat with fluctuating heat availability. Ask us about the possibilities.
• Easy to install: The Tri-O-Gen ORC does not require a lot of space or special circumstances. In a building a normal factory floor will suffice and outside a concrete slab will do as foundation. Mains electricity of 50 Hz, 400 V, 3 phases is also required. The installation will be ready for use in a few days.
• Easy to use: Due to the ingenious action of the ORC both a complex control panel and a thick user manual are absent. Flicking one switch is enough; the installation is fully automatic. Simpler still: Control of the ORC can be integrated with that of the heat source.
• Easy upkeep: The Tri-O-Gen ORC needs little upkeep and part of it can be left over to the local fitter. All parts including the turbo generator –the hart of the ORC- are easily accessible and easily replaceable at low cost should a defect occur. An extra service where Tri-O-Gen monitors your ORC’s performance via the Internet for maximal efficiency is optional.
